We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our SaaS sales function. This is a hands‑on, player‑coach role within a small, focused sales team, making it realistic to balance both leadership responsibilities and an individual quota.

You’ll be responsible for driving new business across Mid‑Market and Enterprise prospects, while also coaching and developing the team to hit collective revenue goals. The successful candidate will carry their own quota, manage pipeline performance, and play a key role in shaping our sales strategy as we scale.

You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to improve conversion, retention, and overall customer experience, ensuring our go‑to‑market engine runs smoothly end‑to‑end.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve an individual sales quota through active prospecting, customer engagement, and deal execution
  • Lead the sales team to deliver consistent performance against revenue and activity targets
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to support accurate forecasting
  • Provide hands on sales leadership, coaching, and mentoring
  • Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategy and go to market initiatives
  • Act as a senior commercial representative in customer interactions and negotiations
  • CRM systems for pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking
  • Sales engagement platforms and communication tools for prospecting and customer contact
  • Reporting and analytics tools to monitor performance and conversion metrics
  • Collaboration tools used across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
  • Presentation and demo tools for customer-facing engagements
  • Strong understanding of SaaS and subscription-based sales models
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle sales processes from prospecting to close
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and structured qualification frameworks
  • Experience forecasting revenue and managing pipeline performance
  • Commercial acumen with strong negotiation and deal management skills
  • Familiarity with recurring revenue, renewals, and expansion selling
  • Carry and consistently work towards achieving an individual sales target
  • Actively engage customers through discovery calls, demos, and meetings
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of sales professionals
  • Set sales targets, KPIs, and expectations aligned with company objectives
  • Ensure disciplined use of sales processes and CRM systems
  • Support onboarding and ramp up of new sales team members
  • Deliver a consultative, value-led sales approach focused on customer needs
  • Ensure clear, professional communication throughout the sales cycle
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth handovers and onboarding
  • Support customer retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities
  • Act as a trusted advisor and senior point of contact where required
  • Achievement of personal and team revenue targets
  • Consistent pipeline generation and forecast accuracy
  • Improved sales effectiveness through structured coaching and development
  • Increased conversion rates and reduced sales cycle time
  • Strong collaboration with Marketing and Customer Success resulting in improved customer outcomes
  • Lead by example as an active seller and visible team leader
  • Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative sales culture
  • Provide regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and performance feedback
  • Encourage continuous learning and skills development within the team
  • Work cross functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive in a SaaS / software subscription environment, Preferably in ERP solutions.
  • Demonstrated success carrying and exceeding an individual quota
  • Previous experience managing, coaching, or mentoring sales professionals
  • Strong prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Experience selling recurring revenue / subscription-based products
  • Data-driven mindset with strong CRM and forecasting discipline
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in a software rental or subscription-first business model
  • Familiarity with modern sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, etc.)
  • Background in high-growth or scale-up environments
