Job Title: Sales Manager

Our client, a market-leading organization representing premium automotive brands, is seeking an experienced and highly driven Sales Manager to lead its sales operations.

This role requires a polished and commercially astute leader with a proven ability to manage high-value products, deliver an exceptional client experience, and drive strong financial performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where excellence and attention to detail are critical.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and performance-manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Drive sales of high-value products while maintaining strong margins and profitability
  • Oversee deal structuring, negotiations, and approvals with a focus on both customer satisfaction and commercial outcomes
  • Deliver and uphold a premium, relationship-driven customer experience aligned with luxury brand standards
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform pricing and sales strategies
  • Manage inventory to ensure the right product mix and optimal stock turnover
  • Ensure disciplined use of CRM systems to manage leads, pipeline, and client relationships
  • Handle high-level client interactions and resolve complex or escalated matters with professionalism

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven success managing and selling high-value or premium products (automotive, luxury retail, real estate, or similar)
  • Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and driving profitability
  • Excellent leadership and team development capabilities
  • Advanced negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Experience working within structured sales environments and performance metrics
