Job Title – Sales Manager
Location: Zarqa, Jordan

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead domestic sales operations and drive revenue growth within the dairy and FMCG sector. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing distribution networks, and leading a sales team to achieve market expansion and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business GrowthDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence across key regions.Monitor market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities.Drive initiatives to increase product visibility and sales performance.
Distribution & Channel ManagementManage and expand distribution networks including wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts.Ensure strong product availability and visibility across all sales channels.Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and channel partners.Monitor distributor performance and implement improvement plans.
Key Account ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with major clients and retail partners.Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional agreements.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products.
Team Leadership & Performance ManagementLead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets.Set KPIs and monitor team performance regularly.Provide training and coaching to enhance sales capabilities.Foster a high-performance and results-driven culture.
Sales Operations & ReportingPrepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.Track sales performance and implement corrective actions when needed.Ensure accurate reporting and use of CRM systems.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams.
Coordination & ExecutionCollaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and product launches.Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure product availability.Ensure smooth execution of sales plans and initiatives.Provide feedback to management on market insights and business opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.6–10 years of experience in sales within FMCG or dairy industries.Proven experience in managing distribution networks and sales teams.
