We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Forrestdale, Western Australia. In this pivotal role within the hydraulics industry, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic relationships with clients, and leading a high-performing sales team. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing our market presence and achieving our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the WA sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies.
• Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company and its products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role within the hydraulic hose and fittings sector.
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and analytics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve sales targets.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
