
The Sales Manager will serve as a key revenue driver and brand ambassador, managing high-value prospects, strategic accounts, and complex deals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Drive direct vehicle sales across B2C, B2B, and B2G segments.
Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
Build and maintain a strong, active sales pipeline to ensure consistent deal flow.
Develop and manage relationships with key corporate and government clients.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable vehicles and financing solutions.
Provide excellent after-sales follow-up to drive repeat business and referrals.
Manage high-value and complex customer negotiations independently.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, closing, and vehicle delivery.
Conduct professional vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and documentation in line with company policies.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, logistics, after-sales) for seamless fulfillment.
Identify new market segments and opportunities for expansion.
Represent CIG Motors at exhibitions, trade fairs, corporate events, and promotional activities.
Support marketing campaigns to improve conversion and brand visibility.
Stay informed on competitor activities and industry trends.
Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, prospects, and sales activities.
Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates.
Ensure compliance with pricing guidelines, documentation standards, and ethical sales practices.

commercial vehicles and cars of GAC, ZNA, Dongfeng (DFAC) and
JMC brands.
