Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
Operate sales and finance functions with diligence and a sense of urgency.
Cultivate a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction starting with early involvement and finalizing transactions.
Monitor and analyze sales & finance performance metrics to maximize opportunities and improve results.
Provide training and mentoring to sales staff on best practices, sales techniques, and dealership policies.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, resolving issues and ensuring long-term loyalty.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager and/or F&I manager
Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with customers and staff.
Strong understanding of automotive sales processes and F&I functions.
