Sales Manager
Location: Gurugram.
Experience: 8-12 Years.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to drive business growth by developing and executing sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer prospecting, account management, strong business acumen, and a proven track record in sales and relationship management. The Sales Manager is primarily responsible for driving new business by acquiring new logos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Identify and target potential customers across industries, building strong relationships with CXOs & key decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales pitches to clients.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with vendors, OEMs, and other stakeholders to enhance offerings.
  • Map customer business objectives with various offerings from Black Box, that create value for the customer.

Skills Required:

  • Business development and new logo acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Relevant Experience in managing Enterprise customers across industry segments, viz. Manufacturing, Automotive, Hospitality, Healthcare, Real Estate, Education.
  • Knowledge of Data Center/ Networking/ Modern Workplace/ IoT/ Cybersecurity.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
