Sales Leadership & Strategy
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and
increase market share.
Lead, mentor, and manage a high performing of sales team and ensuring
alignment with company objectives.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and training sessions
to maintain a motivated and results-oriented team culture.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting
Create accurate sales forecasts and budgets, delivering detailed performance
reports to senior management.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment
with business objectives and adjust strategies as necessary.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales approaches and address
customer demands effectively.
Market Development & Customer Relations
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the automotive aftermarket
sector, focusing on workshops, distributors, and fleet operators.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring
exceptional service delivery to drive retention and business growth.
Engage regularly with clients to understand their needs, resolve issues, and
identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Product Knowledge & Market Analysis
Maintain in-depth knowledge of product portfolio and industry developments to
provide tailored solutions for customers.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify growth
opportunities and differentiate the company's offerings.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine positioning strategies
and implement targeted sales campaigns.
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
At least 2 years of experience in Sales Management or
related.
Strong Leadership skill : Proven ability to lead, inspire, and
achieve results through team management as well as good solving problem.
Language Proficiency: Native fluency in Thai and a strong
command of written and spoken English.
Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and
presentation abilities.
Tech Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office, and able to use
online marketing.
Has own car with driver license.
