The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, lead a high-energy team, and ensure customers receive top-tier service. This role requires an all-star salesperson with strong leadership instincts, capable of mentoring staff while personally driving results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts for tires, services, and repairs—meeting and exceeding monthly goals.
  
  
• Motivate and coach team members to deliver an outstanding customer experience and close sales.
  
  
• Build long-term customer relationships through trust, transparency, and follow-up.
  
  
• Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  
  
• Partner with technicians and service advisors to recommend the right solutions for customers.
  
  
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism.
  
  
• Maintain high standards for shop presentation, safety, and operations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a top-performing sales professional (automotive or related field preferred).
  
  
• Strong leadership and team coaching skills.
  
  
• Exceptional communication and persuasion ability.
  
  
• Goal-oriented with a competitive spirit and drive to succeed.
  
  
• Basic automotive knowledge preferred; training provided.
  
  
• Valid driver’s license required.
