Mission:
As a Sales Manager, you will take on significant responsibility for driving revenue growth and team performance across a broader territory or area. You will lead a team of sales professionals, coordinating their efforts to achieve departmental goals. Your role involves strategic planning, robust client engagement, and performance management. Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the activities of a team of sales professionals in your department.
Develop and implement sales plans to meet departmental revenue targets.
Analyze market trends to adapt sales strategies and maximize opportunities.
Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
Build and maintain high-level relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Coordinate with marketing to align sales initiatives with promotional activities.

Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures.
