Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will be accountable for the development and implementation of sales strategies aimed at increasing our market presence and profitability. You will oversee the sales team, cultivate client relationships, and spearhead initiatives to enhance sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales
• A proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales objectives.
• Strong leadership capabilities and team management experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Preferred industry experience: Multinational Insurance Companies
