Description
StepStone Hospitality is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join the sales team at the Four Points by Sheraton Suites Tampa Airport Westshore. This role is responsible for generating group, corporate, and transient business, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the property.
The Sales Manager works closely with the Director of Sales, General Manager, and operations teams to develop and implement sales strategies, manage accounts, and maximize revenue. This position requires strong client relationship management, prospecting, and negotiation skills.
