Sales Manager
1. Team Management
Lead and supervise the sales team, including performance evaluation, tracking of financial collections, account reconciliation, and payment follow-ups.
Support the team in handling customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
2. Sales Strategy Development
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and plans aimed at meeting sales targets and increasing market share.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and formulate responsive strategies accordingly.
3. Client Development & Solution Offering
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and marketing initiatives.
Understand client needs and offer customized solutions to meet their requirements for fresh food and ingredient delivery.
Expand business scale, enhance brand recognition, and increase sales opportunities.
4. Order Management & Internal Coordination
Work closely with the internal supply chain and logistics teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely deliveries.
Facilitate effective cross-functional communication to ensure customer satisfaction
1. Sales Management Experience
Proven experience in sales team management, preferably in the fresh supply chain or F&B (food & beverage) industry.
2. Industry Knowledge
Strong understanding of fresh food distribution, supply chain processes, and client operations in the hospitality or restaurant sectors.
Familiarity with key account management and the ability to provide tailored solutions.
Experience in selling hotel supplies (e.g., consumables, glassware) and/or fresh food distribution is highly desirable.
