US remote based Sales Manager role for ultra luxury boutique Caribbean resort.
This role is execution-focused, relationship-driven, and accountable for building a visible and measurable
sales pipeline that converts into confirmed revenue.
• Strong, established network within the U.S. luxury travel advisor market (required)
• Experience with Leading Hotels of the World (LHW) or comparable luxury hospitality brands
• Proven success driving luxury resort sales and high-value bookings
• Demonstrated ability to build and convert a structured sales pipeline
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and execution-oriented
