Job Description

A European Security System supplier is hiring for a Sales Manager to setting up the dealer network in South East Asia region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales goals and expand market share.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of sales budgets and forecasts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Address escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to senior management.
• Provide training to all partners
• Managing exhibitions and other sales events
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Product Development, Customer Service) to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in Security Dealer or System Integrator in our Business preferable from Video Business, Public Address or Software Control Business (Building Management Systems
• Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and processes.
• Should have team leading skills for a small sales team.
• Possess good business Acumen.
• Able to travel up to 50% regionally.
