The Melwa Conglomerate, a leading diversified conglomerate in the country widely known for its construction product range under the renowned Melwa, brand, is currently expanding into multiple product portfolios. As part of this strategic expansion, Melwa Cement has been established as a subsidiary company of the group.

We are seeking a dynamic and results–driven individual with sales experience in Interior design & Fittings related building material solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing dealer networks, and managing key customer relationships within the construction and interior finishing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for building material sales.
• Manage and expand the dealer/distributor network across assigned regions.
• Identify new market opportunities and establish strong business relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and project consultants.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, product availability, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales manager capacity in building material sales.
• Strong industry network and understanding of the construction sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel as required.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
