About The Role
To lead and strengthen the company's sales operations within the engineering steel and metal solutions segment across Kuwait, the GCC, and the Middle East. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing and developing the sales team, and expanding market share across key industrial sectors. This includes building strategic client relationships, identifying new project and tender opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. The position requires close coordination with senior management to shape growth strategies, monitor market trends, and position the company competitively within the industry.
About You
An ideal candidate would have the following:
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B industrial or project-based sales
Proven experience managing long sales cycles and handling large accounts
Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Experience using CRM systems and reporting tools
Fluent in English
Valid driving license with willingness to travel locally and regionally
Existing network within Kuwait or GCC industrial markets is a strong advantage
Strong commercial acumen with professional client-facing presence
Comfortable working in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment
