Job Description

  • 负责公司产品的销售和推广并最终完成销售目标;
  • 销售应遵循公司标准流程和公司战略,开发新业务机会,交付解决方案,采取行动,建立与客户的长期合作关系;
  • Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company's products to archive sales targets.
  • Follow company processes and strategy to develop new business opportunities, deliver solutions and build long-term relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • 负责华东区域市政行业NGC(National Group Company)客户,实现销售目标;
  • 负责现有NGC客户的客户管理、日常的replacement业务、项目投标;
  • 与集采中标商合作落实集采协议的执行;
  • 统筹公司资源,为客户提供优质的一站式服务;
  • Be responsible for the municipal businesses (tap water, municipal sewage) in partial regions of Zhejiang Province, as well as the businesses related to water environment, solid waste, government and universities across the province, and achieve the sales targets.
  • According to the company's business development needs, explore and tap into the forward-looking demands of customers such as housing and urban-rural development commissions, water affairs bureaus and municipal design institutes.
  • Be responsible for the dealer channel management of the corresponding businesses.
  • Develop IBP (install base partner) and automatic control subcontractors that have close ties with end users.

Education, Background and Skill Requirements

  • 环境科学与技术、化学、自动化等相关专业,大学本科及以上学历;
  • 有跨区域集团客户销售经验;
  • 3-5年以上水处理或仪器设备行业公司相关工作经验,有相关行业销售工作经验优先;
  • 有市政行业自动化控制类产品销售经验的优先;
  • 具备优秀的沟通能力和跨团队合作能力;
  • 有很好的抗压能力,能够在压力下开展工作。
  • Bachelor degree or above in environmental science and technology, chemistry, automation and other related majors;
  • Possess sales experience with cross-regional group clients.
  • More than 3-5 years of relevant work experience in water treatment or instrument and equipment industry companies, sales experience in related industries is preferred;
  • Sales experience in automation and control products for the municipal industry is preferred.
  • Replacement sales experience and capabilities is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and have cross-team collaboration capabilities.
  • Good ability to resist pressure and work under pressure.
  • Possess sales experience with cross-regional group clients.
