Main Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and supervise the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company growth plans
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key decision-makers
- Monitor team performance, sales pipeline, and forecasting through CRM systems
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to support sales campaigns and product readiness
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management
