Summary:
The Automotive Sales Manager at DELLA Auto Group in Plattsburgh, New York is a full-time individual contributor role in the auto industry. This role is responsible for managing the sales team and ensuring the dealership meets its sales targets. Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and programs to increase dealership revenue.
- Train and onboard new sales associates, ensuring they are knowledgeable about the dealership's products and sales processes.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and make necessary adjustments.
- Oversee the negotiation and closing of sales deals.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development for the sales team.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitors' activities.
QualificationsRequirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Knowledge of dealership operations, sales processes, and finance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
