Location: Tokyo, Japan
Salary: US$43,018.46 – US$71,697.44 per year + 30% annual bonus

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join the Tokyo team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth business operations and supporting the sales team in achieving performance goals. You will act as the central point of coordination between sales and internal departments, helping streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management & Analysis: Compile, analyze, and report daily business data; assist with monthly and quarterly performance tracking.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Serve as the liaison between sales and internal teams (finance, supply chain, product, legal) to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
  • Customer & Product Support: Collect and organize customer feedback and product issues; coordinate with relevant teams to resolve problems promptly.
  • Contract Management: Support contract processes, including approvals, system entry, and documentation.
  • Operational Efficiency: Provide day-to-day support for sales operations and help optimize workflows to improve overall efficiency.

What Were Looking For

  • Experience: 1–3 years in sales support, operations, or customer service (experience with major accounts is a plus).
  • Skills:
    • Strong data analysis and Excel proficiency (pivot tables, charts, reporting).
    • Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems; Salesforce experience is advantageous.
    • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work across multiple departments.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
    • Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and professional ethics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or above.
  • Experience in Japan-based sales support or operations roles.
