Job Description

On behalf of our client, DEKRA is looking for:

• Sales Manager

• Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Ensure sales profitability and achievement of sales targets;
• Lead, inspire and develop committed and high-performing sales team. Adapt leadership and coaching styles to accommodate the varying experience levels across; people management & development, selling, stock and operational excellence
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and actively acquire new customers;
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of trends and changes in the broader market, including what competitors are doing.
• Identify and develop new markets in line with the company’s strategic objectives;
• Prepare and analyze sales reports and performance indicators;
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction;
• Manage receivables and oversee timely collection of payments;
• Handle customer claims and complaints professionally and efficiently;
• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable legal regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in economics, or related field;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• 5+ years of experience in international trade;
• Previous experience in managing export sales teams;
• Previous experience FMCG Industry will be considered an advantage;
• Fluent in English;
• Ability to manage time and work in a dynamic environment;
• High level of organization and attention to detail;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
• Initiative and orientation to the results;
• Driving license category B.
