Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow key customer accounts by developing strong, long-term relationships.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in manufacturing and fabrication markets.
• Guide and support sales representatives to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
• Assist in the development of sales strategies, quoting, and closing deals.
• Track and report sales performance to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Engineering, Scheduling, and Operations to meet customer needs.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns, branding efforts, and social media outreach.
• Travel to customer sites and company locations.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in manufacturing, metals, or fabrication.
• Strong skills in sales strategy, customer relationship management, and team leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally.
