Can companies really be good?
Or are they selfish, maybe even borderline evil, only interested in making a profit? Well, instead of talking about it, we decided to act.
We’ve engineered our whole business to do good. For good reasons. We’re picking a fight with every-day stuff that’s harming our planet. Replacing plastic with plants. Localising our supply chain. Choosing a production process which minimises impact on natural resources.
We’re also changing what companies do with the money they make, with a share of our sales supporting specific environmental causes. Why not make some changes too? Change where your money goes. Change what materials you use. Change the direction our planet is heading.
We promise, it feels pretty good.
This role is about realising the huge potential we see for our products through B2B and Corporate sales. At agood company, we’re a tight-knit crew that all subscribe to a firm set of beliefs and convictions. We laugh a lot, we brainstorm non-stop, we challenge ourselves to do better, we share the same values, and we make sure to practise what we preach. And we are very international with remote team members in nine countries and customers in more than 80 countries.
The tasks for A Good Company
Overall this is a sales role, focused on growing our business through B2B channels across several key countries. The reality of a small team means that work will be both tactical and strategic, ranging from price quotations to the development of long term channel strategies.

What we’re able to offer:

Join the good fight!
We exist to create elegant, thoughtful and sustainable everyday products. We refuse to take shortcuts, and we obsess over every single step in the journey of our products, from how they are made to how they end up on your doorstep. We always walk the extra mile to improve our products and our processes, to ensure that we always are as responsible as we humanly can be.
OUR COMMITMENTS.
Most companies use fancy phrases such as corporate social responsibility and talk a big game about their sustainable value chains. But dig deeper and it’s hard to understand exactly what phrases like these really mean.
We make it simple for you.
- Regardless of what it costs, we will always pick production materials that have the least environmental impact.
- We only work with suppliers that we know inside out, to ensure we share the same values and get an intimate understanding of their production techniques.
- We never ever use harmful industrial chemicals in our production, such as acidic bleach or Bisphenol A plastics.
- We meticulously identify the potential environmental impact of all our operations and make sure to always compensate for emissions resulting from shipping & travel.
COMPLETELY TRANSPARENT.
Stating that we strive towards sustainability isn’t enough. We believe being completely transparent with our customers will spur us to push even harder, and we encourage you to take part in and understand exactly how our products are made.
We detail the environmental footprint of each and every one of our products. We account for the materials used, total water consumption, the source of energy used in the production, and the carbon emission footprint of both production and shipping. We also benchmark our products against competing products in the same category.
What’s more, we list all of our suppliers, detailing their ownership structure, their certificates and their work environment.
