Job Title - Sales Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development and sales activities in the power generation equipment and industrial solutions sector. The successful candidate will identify opportunities, develop strategic customer relationships and drive revenue growth across markets such as infrastructure, industry, construction, oil & gas and commercial segments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to increase market share for power generators, lighting towers, rental solutions and industrial energy systems.

Identify, target and acquire new business opportunities across infrastructure, industrial, construction, oil & gas, commercial and rental markets.

Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, lead qualification, proposal preparation, technical/ commercial presentations, negotiation and deal closure.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including contractors, EPC firms, facility owners, industrial end-users, distributors and channel partners.

Collaborate with engineering, product, project and service teams to ensure customer requirements are met, solutions are customised where needed, and delivery commitments are upheld.

Monitor competitors, market trends and customer requirements; provide insights and feedback to influence product positioning and business strategy.

Achieve sales targets and key business metrics (monthly, quarterly, annual) and report on sales pipeline, forecasts and performance to senior leadership.

Support and develop channel / distributor networks: identify new partners, manage existing ones, set targets, provide training/support and ensure alignment with company strategy.

Oversee customer contracts, pricing negotiations, margin management, contract terms and post-sales service expectations.

Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, customer events and site visits to promote brand, generate leads and expand business network.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Business Administration or related field. MBA is a plus.

Minimum 5-8 years experience in technical sales or business development within the power generation, energy solutions, industrial equipment or heavy-machinery sectors.

Proven commercial track record in achieving sales targets, managing large accounts and closing complex technically-driven deals.

Strong understanding of power generation equipment (gensets, lighting towers, rental solutions), industrial applications, and end-user requirements.

Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills; ability to engage senior decision-makers and technical stakeholders.

Commercial acumen with ability to manage pricing, margins, contract terms and business profitability.

Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics and strong reporting skills.

Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel within the region as required.

Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
