Position:
As a Sales Manager, you will contribute to the execution of our global sales strategy, focusing on delivering measurable results through a structured go-to-market approach. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, supporting business growth, and building long-term partnerships with key customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Identifying and attracting new customers
Managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
Monitoring the fulfillment of contractual obligations and tracking accounts receivable
Supporting the execution of the companys sales strategy
Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets
Contributing to the overall growth and performance of the sales department
Requirements for the candidate:
Experience in automotive spare parts sales
Established customer base and active client network
Deep understanding of the automotive aftermarket industry
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and client-oriented approach
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Experience working with international clients and markets
Fluent in English
Based in Dubai or open to relocation
