Managed Services Account Executive
The Managed Services Account Executive (MS-AE) drives growth, profitability, and client success for Pellera’s Managed Services portfolio across an assigned region.
This role focuses on identifying strategic outsourcing and managed services opportunities, shaping outcome-based solutions, and maintaining strong executive-level client relationships.
The MS-AE collaborates with presales architects, delivery leadership, and account teams to win large, complex engagements.
Essential Functions:
• Identify, qualify, and develop strategic Managed Services opportunities across assigned territory.
• Serve as a thought leader in modern Managed Services, outsourcing models, and operational excellence.
• Represent Pellera’s capabilities and value propositions to client executives and boards.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on territory strategy and client engagement.
• Lead Managed Services pursuits through qualification, solution development, pricing, and closure.
• Develop outcome-based service programs in partnership with pre-sales architects and operational leadership.
• Maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction, renewal, and expansion.
• Ensure accurate pipeline forecasting and account planning updates.
• Collaborate with Delivery leadership to ensure successful onboarding and long-term client success.
• Support internal GTM initiatives, training, and service refinement.
Education and Experience:
• 7-10 years of successful IT services or Managed Services sales experience.
• Proven track record winning large outsourcing or complex IT service engagements.
• Strong familiarity with ITIL frameworks and operational delivery models.
• Demonstrated ability to engage senior executives, CIOs, and board-level stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Business or IT focus recommended.
• Relevant certifications (ITIL, vendor specialties) desired.

• Frequent travel by air or automobile.
• May require evening or weekend hours depending on business needs.
