Our client is a well-established French Fashion Clothing Wholesaler, they are currently seeking for a Sales & Licensing Coordinator to join their team.

Sales & Licensing Coordinator (Garment Wholesale)

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries and follow up orders.

• Provide administration and documentation support to the team.

• Manage sales report to manager.

• Responsible for filing system and internal database updating and maintenance.

• Following up project timeline, co-work with internal team to meet the sales tasks.

• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• DSE or above

• At least 2 years working experience in sales/clerical support

• Good communication, Independent and responsible

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin

• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook

• Immediate available is preferable

• Fresh graduate will also be considered
