Salary: £28,000 basic + commission | OTE £35,000–£40,000 (dependent on experience)

About the role

Humphrey & Kirk are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator / Valuer to join a well-established estate agency in Coventry. This is a varied, client-facing role covering both sales and lettings across Coventry and the surrounding areas of Nuneaton, Bedworth and Hinckley.

Key responsibilities

• Conducting market appraisals and valuations for sales and lettings properties
• Winning new instructions and growing the branch's property portfolio
• Arranging and carrying out viewings across Coventry, Nuneaton, Bedworth and Hinckley
• Negotiating offers and agreeing sales and tenancies
• Registering and qualifying applicants, matching them to suitable properties
• Progressing sales and lettings through to completion and move-in
• Delivering a high standard of customer service to vendors, landlords, buyers and tenants
• Keeping accurate records on the CRM and meeting individual and branch targets

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Sales and/or Lettings Negotiator or Valuer in estate agency
• Strong local knowledge of Coventry and the surrounding areas (essential)
• Confident valuation and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
• Target-driven, organised and self-motivated
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

Working hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
• Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm (on a rota)
• A day off in lieu during the week for each Saturday worked, subject to business needs
