We provide a strong inventory, excellent management support, competitive pay, and the tools you need to build lasting customer relationships and achieve exceptional results.
Build relationships with customers and provide an exceptional vehicle buying experience from start to finish.
Guide customers through vehicle selection, demonstrations, financing options, and delivery.
Follow up with leads, previous customers, and referrals to generate repeat and referral business.
Maintain product knowledge on current inventory, technology, and manufacturer incentives.
Work closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.
Consistently achieve and exceed personal sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Previous automotive sales experience required.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong work ethic with a positive, self-motivated attitude.
Professional appearance and customer-first mindset.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible retail schedule.
