💼 Sales & Leasing Agent

💰 $35,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE $78,000–$125,000; top performers $150,000–$200,000)

OVERVIEW

A manufactured housing community is looking for a Sales & Leasing Agent to own the home-sales side of the business on-site. This market is one of the biggest growth opportunities in the portfolio right now, which means real volume and real upside for the right salesperson. This is a full-time, on-the-ground selling role — marketing homes, running showings, and closing deals, with a commission structure that rewards people who hit their numbers.

If you're coming from a sales background outside real estate and want uncapped upside, this is a good landing spot.

💼 WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Meet and beat a monthly quota of 2-3 home sales
• Market available homes through Facebook Marketplace, social channels, listings, signage, and local outreach
• Guide every prospect from their first showing through a signed deal
• Work your pipeline hard — follow-up calls, prospecting, open houses, and resident referrals
• Handle the paperwork that comes with a sale: sales agreements, payment calculations, sales tax, and credit checks
• Log every interaction in the CRM so nothing falls through the cracks
• Sell in full compliance with Fair Housing standards
• Build the kind of track record that gets you into the top 5% — a number-one month, a president's-club finish

🎒 WHAT IT TAKES

• 2+ years of sales experience — doesn't have to be real estate
• A background in auto, telecom/cable, alarms, insurance, retail, or hospitality sales is a great fit
• A genuine closer's instinct — you can guide someone from curious to signed
• Comfort working a CRM and staying on top of a pipeline
• The discipline to hit a monthly quota, month after month
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• A knack for local, grassroots marketing — social media, signage, word of mouth
• Motivation that comes from uncapped commission, not just a base salary
