We are looking for an experienced Sales & Leadership Training Manager to join Teltonika IoT Group In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening sales competencies and developing a strong leadership culture across the entire group of companies. This position is suited for a professional who can build learning strategies, implement high-quality training programs, and ensure their measurable impact on business performance.
The headquarters, run by the parent company Teltonika IoT Group, coordinates the activities of Lithuanian high-tech companies operating under the Teltonika brand, as well as all representative offices worldwide. In this role, you will:
• Develop and implement a group-wide sales and leadership training strategy.
• Analyze organizational competency needs and identify development priorities.
• Design and deliver sales and leadership development programs.
• Develop and implement leadership programs for different management levels.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and measure impact on business performance indicators.
• Cooperate with leaders across different group companies, ensuring unified training standards.
• Manage the selection and cooperation with external training partners.
• Ensure and maintain a common training framework across the group (sales, leadership, and other organization-wide topics).
What we expect of you:
• At least 5 years of experience in sales training and/or leadership development.
• Hands-on experience working with sales teams.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs for managers.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Strategic mindset with strong result orientation.
• Higher education (preferably in Management, Psychology, or a related field).
• Fluent Lithuanian and English language skills (both spoken and written).
Would be considered an advantage:

Salary
We appreciate everyone’s effort and experience, therefore we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and expertise.
The salary for this position ranges from 40 EUR/h up to 60 EUR/h (6,640 EUR – 9,960 EUR pre-tax), depending on your experience and qualifications.
In the employment agreement, a fixed (tariff) hourly gross salary rate is specified and defined.
