Key Tasks

1. Define the business strategy and plan for assigned area of responsibility according to WIFH BU Strategy, plan and targets
2. Develop the business by driving relevant sales and business development activities to get the customer Loyalty and satisfaction: Industry Analysis, Pricing, Visits, Seminars, etc.
3. Forecasts Sales and budget and monitor progress against objectives and financial targets to identify problem areas to improve the performance.
4. Work proactive and structured with the sales and business development in order to optimize the sales efficiency of the team and enhance team competencies.
5. Lead the sales team giving the direction and ensuring that they are performing according with the plan and the sales process, with the special focus on lead to opportunity and opportunity to quote sub-process.
6. Develop, motivate and manage distributor channel network for sustainable pipeline and sales collaboration.

Competencies, experience and attitudes to do the job

Knowledge & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably majored in engineering or related
• >15 years’ experience working on product and application in similar market, >5 years’ team management experience
• Multinational B2B company background is needed
• Able to engage & interact effectively with internal & external stakeholders with influencing and facilitation skill
• Fluent verbal and written English
• Good presentation & communication skills
