What The Position is About:

• Lead and develop the sales team across builder/trade and homeowner replacement sales
• Recruit, hire, train, and grow the sales roster to support continued expansion across the market
• Coach and develop team members while creating a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and grow the business
• Establish and monitor sales goals and KPIs, using performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
• Build on the stability of the existing builder business while expanding the homeowner replacement segment
• Collaborate with existing operations team while developing an understanding of project management, purchasing, warehouse, delivery, installation, and service functions
• Assume P&L visibility and responsibility as the role develops into full General Manager ownership
• Streamline and improve branch processes while maintaining continued sales and operational growth

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Proven sales leadership experience within the building materials industry
• The ability to lead, support, and grow an established sales team
• Strong B2B/builder/trade sales background
