We are looking for an Sales Leader (Industrial Practice Manager)- a strategic leader and high-performing recruiter who can bridge the gap between top-tier talent and the industrial sector's most innovative companies. In this dual-impact role, you will lead by example, managing your own portfolio while coaching a team of consultants to reach their full potential.

How You Will Contribute

As a Sales Leader, you are the heartbeat of your division. You will drive market share by identifying new business opportunities and delivering exceptional talent solutions. You won’t just manage from the sidelines; you’ll be in the thick of the action, mentoring your team on the "Randstad Way" and ensuring we remain the partner of choice in the industrial market.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Development: Identify market trends and proactively build a pipeline of industrial clients, securing new partnerships through expert negotiation and industry insight.

  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing team. You will be responsible for their professional growth, conducting regular 1:1s, and coaching them on sales techniques and candidate management.

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment Excellence: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for key accounts, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.

  • Performance Driving: Utilize data and activity metrics to track progress, ensuring both your personal and team targets are met or exceeded.

  • Operational Integrity: Ensure all placements and processes meet Randstad’s high standards for compliance, equity, and quality.

Your Background

  • Proven Sales Acumen: At least 3+ years of success in a high-volume sales or recruitment environment, consistently hitting or exceeding targets.

  • Leadership Experience: A track record of hiring, leading, and motivating others to achieve collective goals.

  • Market Intelligence: Deep experience in the industrial sector is preferred, with a solid understanding of market rates, pricing negotiation, and client conversion.

  • Data-Driven Approach: Experience using CRM databases and activity targets to forecast growth and deliver consistent results.

  • Relationship Focus: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
