The Opportunity

Expedock powers the data infrastructure and workforce behind the global supply chain, supporting tens of thousands of containers moving internationally every month. Since launching in 2020, we have raised millions from top-tier global investors and partnered with leading brands like CEVA, Gebrüder Weiss, and Maersk.

Now we are expanding beyond logistics and bringing our proven, tech-enabled BPO model to every industry that can benefit from it.

What You Will Do

  • Outbound Sales & Pipeline - Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing while maintaining a growing, self-sourced pipeline.
  • Outbound Motion Development - Build and refine the outbound engine by testing messaging, cadences, triggers, and documenting what works.
  • Channel & Partnership Exploration - Explore and develop new demand channels through partnerships, communities, events, and inbound opportunities.
  • Market Intelligence & Feedback - Track results, analyze what converts, and share insights with leadership to optimize strategy and outreach.

Who You Are

  • 3–5+ years in B2B sales or growth roles, experience in selling services such as BPO, staffing, outsourcing, consulting, or managed services is a plus!
  • Proven track record of building pipeline from scratch
  • Startup or early-stage experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

Hours and Setup

This role will be in the North American/European territories.

This is a full-time remote opportunity, with hours overlapping in the North American/European business hours.
