Galderma is seeking an ambitious and commercially strong Sales Lead (Aesthetics Injectables - Toxins) to join our Injectable Aesthetics business in Saudi Arabia. This is a high-visibility leadership opportunity to drive one of our most strategic growth categories in a dynamic and fast-evolving market.

As Sales Lead, you will own the commercial success of our aesthetic toxins portfolio, leading launch excellence, market expansion, customer adoption, advocacy development, and cross-functional execution. You will play a critical role in shaping category leadership and delivering sustainable profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead national commercial strategy and execution for the aesthetic injectable (neuromodulator/ toxins) portfolio.
  • Drive launch readiness, customer adoption, and market penetration plans.
  • Develop segmentation, targeting, pricing, and account growth strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, KOLs, and strategic customers.
  • Lead advocacy, training, and educational initiatives to accelerate product uptake.
  • Monitor sales performance, market share, competitor dynamics, and customer insights.
  • Manage budgets, investments, vendors, and commercial resources effectively.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and regional teams.
  • Ensure full compliance with company standards and local regulations.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or related field.
  • Strong commercial experience in the dermatology or aesthetics industries.
  • Proven success in product launches, category growth, or brand leadership roles.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to convert data into action plans.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for building new business opportunities.
