Mission

As a Sales Lead, Level V, you will play a central role in the management and development of our Strategic Customer portfolio. You will be responsible for customer satisfaction, increasing sales, and coordinating between different departments to ensure optimal customer service. In addition to core responsibilities, this role includes guiding a team to ensure operational excellence and professional development.

  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers, identify their needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Develop sales strategies to meet and exceed set objectives, identify and prospect new potential customers.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement processes, proposing ideas to improve existing services and processes.
  • Facilitate communication between team and management
  • Coach and mentor other team members, share best practices and acquired knowledge.
  • Process all customer quotes in your portfolio by making competitive and clear commercial proposals.
  • Ensure that quotes meet customer and A2C requirements.
  • Source products by finding appropriate solutions and entering the suppliers' contract prices into our ERP.
  • Be proactive in proposing alternatives and in upselling.
  • Maintain regular contact and good relationships with all its customers to ensure that A2C receives a maximum of opportunities.
  • Be proactive in informing customers about delivery delays impacting their supply chain.
  • Escalate all recurring issues with customers to the Business Developer and/or Director of Customer Support.
  • Transmit customers' forecast consumption and restocking proposals to the purchasing department and/or product manager.
  • Support other team members in the event of work overload.
  • Maintain the customer contact database.
  • Ensure the compliance of customer orders in accordance with ENR-209.
  • Follow up on quotes regularly.
  • Participate in sales meetings and share information on the various projects in progress.
  • Prioritize phone calls to communicate with customers.
  • Provide technical support to the customer.
  • Manage customer disputes and open CCRs.
  • Enter orders and send acknowledgments if necessary.
  • Participate in customer visits and trade shows at the request of Management, if necessary.
  • Manage CMMC / CUI customer requirements and flow downs.
  • Engage and collaborate with the Contracts Team on contract RFP and large-scale projects.
  • Support efforts to maximize profit for A2C for assigned customer base.
