We seek an accomplished, strategic leader for our Denver, CO location to build and lead our Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) organization across a complex aerospace and defense portfolio. As our Senior Manager you will own the enterprise operating cadence that aligns demand, supply, inventory, capacity, program execution, and financial commitments. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong cross-functional influence across Business Development, Programs, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Executive Leadership.

To be successful, your background will need to combine deep SIOP expertise with practical experience operating in high-reliability, regulated, long-cycle manufacturing environments. In this role, you will:

• Improve forecast and supply-plan quality
• Manage constraints and risk
• Ensure the organization can reliably deliver on customer commitments while optimizing working capital, capacity, and profitable growth

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in SIOP, integrated business planning, operations, supply chain, program execution, manufacturing, or business operations
• Significant experience in aerospace, defense, government contracting, advanced manufacturing, or another highly regulated, complex production environment
• Proven success leading enterprise-level SIOP/IBP processes across multiple programs, product lines, sites, or business units
• Strong knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, MRP/ERP, capacity planning, inventory optimization, production scheduling, and financial reconciliation
• Demonstrated experience managing long lead-time materials, constrained supply bases, complex BOMs, engineered-to-order products, and multi-year program cycles
• Experience using operational and financial data to drive business decisions, resolve tradeoffs, and improve performance
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance, consistent with applicable law and customer requirements

Desired Skills

• Active Secret security clearance
• Master’s degree, MBA, APICS/ASCM certification, Lean/Six Sigma certification, or equivalent operational excellence credentials
• Experience supporting DoD, intelligence, space, aviation, naval, land systems, missile, electronics, or other defense/aerospace programs
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS environments, earned value management, export controls, government customer requirements, and defense industrial-base supply-chain dynamics
• Experience implementing or modernizing ERP, APS, planning, BI, or digital supply-chain platforms
• Record of leading transformation in a multi-site or matrixed organization
• Strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority
• Excellent communication, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $178500.00 - $331500.00

• Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
