We are currently inviting applications for an ambitious Sales Intern Representative to join BESTSELLER at our Head Office in Dublin 12.
This is a 12-month, full-time paid internship, offering a salary of €30,000–€32,000.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives to develop compelling visual merchandising displays and maintain an engaging, commercially focused showroom environment
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Wholesale Sales team, ensuring efficient day-to-day business operations
  • Prepare and analyse sales reports, order summaries, and maintain accurate customer data records
  • Deliver a professional client experience by welcoming customers, strengthening existing relationships, and supporting ongoing account development
  • Coordinate and support sales meetings, showroom appointments, and brand presentations to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer journey
  • Work in alignment with defined sales targets, KPIs, and budgetary expectations for the brand
  • Support end-to-end order processing, including stock monitoring, follow-ups, and delivery coordination to ensure timely fulfilment
  • Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities, including prospecting new accounts and progressing sales leads
  • Respond to customer enquiries in a timely, professional, and solutions-focused manner
  • Provide flexible sales and operational support during peak trading periods as required
  • Monitor and analyse key account performance, including weekly sales metrics, to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities
  • Participate actively in sales meetings and weekly management meetings, contributing insights and updates as appropriate

What We’re Looking For

  • Demonstrated interest in fashion, retail, and wholesale sales, with an understanding of market trends and customer dynamics
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Basic AI literacy or a clear interest in leveraging AI tools to support business and sales processes
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret data to support decision-making
  • Proactive, flexible, and solutions-oriented approach, with a strong willingness to learn and develop
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment
  • Full, clean Irish driving licence for manual transmission is necessary
