RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

  • Support the Key Account Management team in the development and execution of commercial plans and customer strategies.
  • Analyze sales performance, promotions, distribution, pricing, financial metrics, and customer opportunities to generate actionable insights.
  • Contribute to the planning, tracking, and evaluation of promotional activities, including return on investment (ROI) analysis.
  • Support forecasting, reporting, and financial control processes through business planning and analytical tools.
  • Assist in preparing monthly business reviews, performance reports, and annual planning exercises.
  • Identify commercial risks and growth opportunities through data analysis and market insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Brand, and Supply Chain to support business objectives.
  • Help ensure the successful execution of customer programs and initiatives within the Integrated Activity Plan (IAP).
  • Support the management of customer relationships by helping to identify needs, opportunities, and ways to enhance the customer experience.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects that increase efficiency and effectiveness across the commercial organization.

SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

Required

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work with data, reporting tools, and business insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with people from different backgrounds and functions.
  • Commercial curiosity and interest in understanding customer and consumer dynamics.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.

Preferred

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience through internships, academic projects, or extracurricular activities involving data analysis or business problem-solving.
  • Exposure to sales, marketing, finance, business analytics, or commercial planning topics.
  • Experience using business intelligence, forecasting, or planning tools.
