This leadership role carries end-to-end responsibility for project quality performance across the Driver Unit EMEA organization. The position requires strong cross-functional alignment, leadership maturity, and the ability to drive robust execution, customer confidence, and organizational capability across plants, tech centers, and central functions.
Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:
Supports the Sales Specialist team and Account Manager in the specific and general activities linked to general activities, internal meetings, internal set-up organization
Assist and support in the Prototype activities related to offer creation, Po confirmation, po download, internal orders creation, etc. Generaly support Sales and engineering organisation regarding prototype request
Creates MD requests for new customers
Follow the invoices and payments.
Receives open and closed purchasing orders and checks conformity of the order conditions (payment / incoterm / validity / conformity w/ ALV offer)
Assist and support for CFT activitier, such as: updatin CFT list, store orders, fill customer portals with requested data, payment follow-up and CFT inventory.
Offers support to AM in the RFQ phase for PDS built
Follows-up the PDS evolutions in the serial life and spare parts
Follows the level of overdoes, analyses and reports to AM, supports the AM in the action plan to reduce the overdoes
