Conduct market research to identify prospects and qualify potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
Use CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Support marketing activities and campaigns as required.
Update and maintain databases within the CRM system.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Background in Computer Science or a related field.
Interest or prior exposure to sales and sales management.
Basic technical knowledge, preferably with experience in IT sales.
