Internship Focus
This project-based internship is designed for students who want real-world business experience and the opportunity to contribute meaningful insights. The primary focus of this internship is to explore why certain customer accounts identified as growth opportunities are not increasing their purchasing as expected. The intern will help gather and analyze information to better understand customer behavior and identify potential opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Phase 1 – Onsite Learning:
• Work onsite in an entry-level Customer Service Representative (CSR) role
• Learn how orders move from customer request through fulfillment
• Gain exposure to products, seasonality, and customer ordering patterns
Phase 2 – Project Work: Hybrid
• Review and analyze purchasing patterns of selected customer accounts
• Help collect insights through data review and internal collaboration
• Summarize findings related to barriers, trends, and opportunities for growth
• Prepare a final summary or presentation of insights for Sales and Operations leaders
