The Sales Intelligence Manager role is a critical ‘vertical’ within the newly created Sales Activation and Enablement function. You willlead and managethe US SalesIntelligence Agendaas the go-to for all in-house analytics, BI and reporting capabilities. In collaboration with Insights & Analytics and Mondelez IT, you will function as the Business Product owner to build and prioritize the reporting capabilities needed to elevate the command of the business for SS&P and Sales teams. Yourprimary focus is to create reporting capabilities that enhance and build our command of the business for the SS&P and Sales functions. You will play a lead role in standardizing and upgrading newandexisting reporting anddeveloping a centralized Sales HUB to drive usage and adoption across the organization.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Lead and manage overall Sales Intelligence Function forSales Strategy & PlanningTeams
  • Co-pilot with I&A Business Intelligence lead and Mondelez IT technical product owners to align sales reporting & BIplan,roadmapandprioritization.
  • Build +1 year-out Sales Intelligence roadmap to meet the future needs of the business;act asbusinessproduct steward to vet timing and feasibility into overall planning process
  • Upgrade our existing reporting suite; deliver recommendations on existing and future reporting needs (e.g., EBP/09, Daily Sales Reporting).
  • Co-develop Sales Reporting Hub to drive one stop shop forSales Strategy and Salesreporting
  • Create standard reporting to support key routines such as QBR, Monthly LE, S&OE
  • Work withSA&E Capabilities team to deploy training/usage/adoption plan across org
  • KPI and target setting to ensure analytics solutions seamlessly track performance metrics.
  • Lead and develop onedirect report (Business Intelligence Manager)

  • Strong Sales & Business and Communication Skills
  • Strong working knowledge of internal and external sales and commercial data (e.g.Retailer POS, Nielsen/Circana Syndicated data, Panel data, E-Commerce data, MSA, Promo)
  • Experience with data and reporting tools & systems (e.g. PowerBI, GCP Google Cloud Platform)
  • KPI development, management, and tracking
  • Strong technical acumen, analytical and creative skills
  • Strong organization agility, ability to work at both strategic and operational level across multiplefunctions
  • Ability to manage, visualize data with a clear, simplestory
  • Ability to organize andsolutionarchitectagainst diverse business requirements and convert into technicalspecificationforITteam.
  • Lead and oversee technical implementation of sales business intelligencesolutionwith Mondelez IT.
  • Partner withI&A team to enable self-service reporting capability for salesorganization
  • Lead training and drive adoption of sales BI & report across sales and customer teams.

More about this role

Education / Certifications:

  • B.S or B.A degree required

Job specific requirements:

  • 5-7 years in US Retail Sales in CPG
  • 5-7 years of working experienceto convertinternal and external commercial CPG data into business intelligence solutions and insights.
  • Deep experience in Business Planning, Insights &Analytics, RevMgmt, KPI/Scorecarding
  • Project Management & Product Management experience and ability tooperatein a dynamic and complexenvironment

Salary and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $122,000 to $167,750; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
In
addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time.
