Crawlspace Medic is growing fast in Atlanta and we need a sharp, motivated sales inspector who can go into a crawl space, spot every problem, and turn that into a customer who's thrilled to sign on the dotted line.

If you enjoy wearing both the sales hat and the tool belt (literally and figuratively), this is your opportunity to lead from the front.

What You'll Do

• Perform thorough crawl space inspections — moisture, water damage, wood rot, structural issues, you name it
• Build an accurate scope of work and price every job with confidence
• Walk homeowners through exactly what you found and why it matters
• Manage your own schedule from your phone or tablet
• Stay connected with office staff and repair crews to keep jobs moving smoothly

Requirements

• Perform crawl space inspections in a timely manner
• Work daily with sale staff to quickly get report to customer
• Participate in networking / marketing activities as time permits
• Help lead business to improve and all areas

Benefits

Salary

• $70,000-$150,000+ based on performance

Additional Benefits

• Will be supplied a Crawlspace Medic branded truck
• Will be supplied a Crawlspace Medic credit card and will adhere to company credit card policy
• Will be supplied work shirts, hats, headlamps, knee pads, crawl suit. Inspector must provide own work khakis.
• Will be supplied a tablet and phone for performing inspections, as well as a computer and will adhere to company technology policy

Time Off

• 5 days of PTO in first year (after 90 days)
• 2 additional PTO days each year. Cannot exceed 10 days
• 7 days of paid company holidays
