Are you passionate about data, analytics, and uncovering the insights that drive business success?

We are looking for a Sales Insights Specialist to transform sales, customer, and operational data into meaningful intelligence that improves performance, enhances customer experiences, and supports strategic decision-making.

In this dynamic role, you will leverage advanced analytics, AI-powered tools, and behavioural insights to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance gaps across the business. Working closely with Operations, Quality Assurance, Training, Recruitment, and Leadership teams, you will provide actionable recommendations that contribute to sales growth, customer retention, compliance, and operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities :

AI enablement & Insights framework

  • Develop and maintain AI-driven insight frameworks, prompts, and reporting solutions.
  • Utilise AI-powered tools to enhance operational analysis, reporting accuracy, and business decision-making.

Performance & Customer behavious analysis

  • Analyse customer interactions, sales performance, and operational data.
  • Identify behavioural trends, customer sentiment patterns, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.

Agent behaviour & Operational effectiveness

  • Assess communication techniques, customer engagement approaches, and operational interactions.
  • Identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities to improve performance and customer outcomes.

Revenue & Commercial insights

  • Monitor and analyse revenue trends, revenue leakage, and commercial opportunities.
  • Provide insights that support profitability, business growth, and operational efficiencies.

Reporting and stakeholder management

  • Produce insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to drive action.

Operational and process improvement

  • Conduct root cause analysis and identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Partner with support functions and operational leaders to implement insight-led improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of improvement actions and provide ongoing recommendations.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Minimum 6 months' experience in a leadership role
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a Sales Insights, Reporting, Analytics, or similar role required
  • Proven experience analysing sales performance, customer interactions, and operational trends
  • Experience compiling reports and presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Sound understanding of sales operations, customer engagement practices, and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in AI-powered analytics tools, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong data interpretation skills will be advantageous
  • Demonstrated reporting, analytical, and problem-solving expertise
  • Strong stakeholder management experience with both internal and external clients
  • Clear criminal record
