Our Client is a subsidiary of a Large Automobile Marketplace and is a duly registered company in Thailand. They specialize in the business of enabling the buying and selling of used cars to be customer friendly. They focus on automotive finance and refinance through tech-enabled online platforms and through its wide dealer partner network across Thailand. They are also building a finance marketplace that assists dealers with Fair and Faster Processing, High Customer Volumes, Data & Tech solutions.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire Auto Loans vertical PAN Thailand with P&L Accountability
• Building distribution channels/ channel partners PAN Thailand with an objective to penetrate deep into the market.
• Understand the market dynamics and technological advancements in the Banking & Finance/Fintech industry and build strategies around the same
• Maintaining retention margins to ensure profitability
• Responsible for overall Business/Distribution Strategy function, driving key business objectives centrally.
• Responsible for designing all initiatives including rewards & performance management system for Business Associates/Channel Partners.
• Responsible for channel profitability & strategic initiatives to grow the business
• Developing effective relationship management with the Banks/Financial Institutions.
• Monitoring and reporting on performance against agreed sales targets

Preferred Candidate Profile

Qualification: Masters of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience: 12-15 years of experience with proven work experience as a P&L manager or relevant role

• Deep understanding of the distribution channels/third party sourcing in this financial services industry
• Proven track record in the Financial Services - Tech Space and online marketplace and having a technological bent
• Know how on various logistics of team building & Management
• Exposure to setting up of scalable business models
• Experience of working with Start-Ups and in a fast paced environment
• A results-driven approach to work in order to meet sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret statistical data
• Commercial awareness and a keen interest in business.
• Must have excellent English language skills to communicate with the Board of Directors and Senior Management
• Have a strong dealer network in BMA region and understand the dealer economics.
