Our client is a leading asset management company in Thailand.
Role purpose:
The Sales Lead will be responsible for leading the sales function for real‐estate/asset business lines: sourcing, structuring and closing sales of assets (especially foreclosed/secured real‐estate) and managing relationships with banks, financial institutions and corporate clients.
This role requires deep understanding of real‐estate litigation and distressed asset processes, to drive the sales channel and ensure conversion of asset portfolios to value.
