Your 1 to 2-Year Accelerated Journey

This program provides a rotational, hands-on experience to build your expertise in B2B sales and sales management:

• Core Sales Operations & Client Acquisition: Gain hands-on experience in various sales roles, prospecting, conducting customer presentations, and learning our selling approach.
• Account Management & Strategy: Work closely with seniors to manage key customer accounts, analyse market trends, draft commercial proposals, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Sales Leadership Preparation: Learn operational management and play a part in key commercial projects to prepare you for a future management position within the business.

General Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across key target sectors.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Service, and Marketing) to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service execution.
• Track, analyse, and report on individual and team sales performance metrics.
• Participate in strategic sales planning, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field. The ideal candidate will have:

• A customer-first mindset and a passion for driving commercial growth
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent project and time management skills
• Target-driven and motivated to exceed expectations
• A "can-do" attitude and a clear ambition for fast-track career progression

• Positions are available across Ipoh, Kuantan, Melaka and Bayan Lepas. Candidates must indicate their preferred base location upon application.
